BRIEF HISTORY OF THE CHURCH

My vision to the village: I am Pastor Micheal Begusa as a soul winner, when I won a soul in the city of Lagos that was dominated by idol worshipers. After my first personal visit to the said village. We decided to come in as youths under the people gospel church to establish the above named church on the 13th day of September 1977.Because there was no single church in the village but only idle worshipers, we faced a lot of serious problems, at the time in the village we only had to help our self by praying to God for his protection.
Above all in 1983 as the work was going on and more souls were being won we held a crusade retired in the village that involves the church and the general overseer in message to the people preaching against holiness this mad the church to go their separate ways which eventually divided the church.
Bro Dele a brother in Christ with other four brethren went to seek the face of God concerning the coarse caused by the general overseer it there the lord spoke to brother Dele that we church and we should go out to establish a church Bro dele and his group left me down at the villager because of my disagreement with them. Later I had to live the village living behind another brother who got married. After 8 years of our departure, I Bro Joseph, Dele, Atoloye was in night vision there I saw the church calling out on me saying Bro Dele please come and help us.
Then I woke up in prayer to God and spoke in to me that I should go back to the village called tomaro a new church after a week of starting the church Bro Michael came to me to tell me that he wants to visit the church at tomaro village it was then I narrated my vision to him and I told him we have started a new church later invited him for a vigil at tomaro after that night we all went to sleep brother Michael that night there he saw bro Dele who wanted to board a bus, as somebody from his back was about to slap him, all of a sudden the person hand was hanged then I woke up to pray during my time of praying somebody said he was trying to stop bro dele from running the church.



TENETS OF CHURCH

We are preaching the gospel of Christ is birth, death, work, teaching, resurrection, rapture second coming, reign for thousand years.

VISION/MISSION

.To preaching the gospel to the on reached especially writhing the rural areas.
.To b e a channel of blessing to the widows.
.Visitation to the hospitals, orphanage home, disabled home prison with the aim of preaching the gospel and relief for them.
.To put together an intercessory ministry.


AHIEVEMENT

1. Two branches of the church have been established.
2. The gospel has made great impact to the village.
3. Provision of education for the children.
4. Encouraging the youths to be computer literate by producing computer for their education.


CHALLENGES
1. Revival and crusade equipments
2. communication gadgets
3. Advance training for pastors and ministers.
4. Bibles, christen literatures tracts, and evangelism aids.
5. We are in need of boats or water transport facilities for spreading the word of God Almighty
